Important remark: there is a short version of  SoftVeteran that could have infected you; this short version does not include the above program code responsible for tying up system resource; hence, it may be not your case when your system is slowed down by SoftVeteran. In any case, SoftVeteran shows its front window and scan show and alerts prompting users to buy it.
