I think Spyware Doctor is a great program. There is just one problem when using it to remove Live PC Care from your computer. Live PC Care must somehow know about this and it blocks it from running! I have personally been hit by the Live PC Care scam! I contacted the company, who provided me a link via e-mail to uninstall the program. Yes, the horrible screeching sounds stopped, but Live PC Care was still in my computer! I have had months of dealing with the problem. Live PC Care even blocked my Windows Defender. The only reason you need your Windows Defender to be functional is you can’t control your start up programs without it. I highly recommend two useful programs that Live PC Care does not block, and effectively removes it from your computer.
1. Super Anitspyware – I used this one and it worked!
2. Malwarebytes Antimalware.
These are the only two effective removal programs.
Then, your spyware doctor will work again also. Short of being a technical guru, and going in and manually deleting every file (of which you must know the names and locations), or reformatting your hard drive and starting over by re-installing your whole operating system, you must get rid of this virus! I hope this helps and no one else falls victim like I did.
